Hotel is nice, positives outweigh...

Liked: Two elevators and stairs conveniently located.
Disliked: Room was very humid. Room lighting is too dim in the kitchen area. Clock button is inoperable on the microwave in 243. Staff did not properly set up my request for late checkout and could not get back into my room until keys were updated. Keys did not function properly.

Fumigation trip.

Liked: Staff, walk in shower ,breakfast. Good lobby help.
Disliked: Klenx dispenser fallout fast no injuries, coffee maker in room didn't heat coffee,need how to use it. Wife left ear charging cord. Another trip next day,but only 8 miles.

Liked: Swimming pool and breakfast
Disliked: 1. Sofa bed is really uncomfortable. 2. We booked 2 rooms together with friends, want to arrange next to each other. Front desk refused us because we booked through the third party. 3. We asked if we can have military discount, they said we need ask third party.
