Liked: Staff were friendly and helpful
Disliked: We paid extra for a kitchen but there were almost no pots and pans or dishes, so we actually couldn’t cook that much. They were constantly out of towels at the pool and we’d have to wait a long time freezing to get more. Reception had excessively long lines. Check in took 20 minutes. The room was very small

Liked: just didn't care for Seaside, hard to find an upper end restaurant.
Disliked: under construction, cafe closed when I needed it

Liked: Location was wonderful! So close to the beach and all the shopping!
Disliked: I wasn’t aware that most of the hallways were in the elements. Construction of the lobby was interesting. Vending machines were only drink no little snacks in them. We got next to a room that allows pets and every time we would walk around our room the dog next door constantly kept barking.

Liked: No breakfast good location but a lot of construction in lobby. Didn’t affect the room, very quiet. Staff very friendly. The weather was terrible!
Disliked: Think a discount would have been nice regarding construction we had to walk through

Liked: It has a fantastic location near the aquarium as well as the main boardwalk/downtown seaside. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and there was plenty of parking. The breakfast (not free) tasted great, and the view from our room was as good as any other hotel in Seaside.
Disliked: We understand that you get what you pay for, and that not everything would be perfect. But we just have a few notes that are tangible things this hotel could actually improve with a little maintenance.We purchased a room that advertised a “jetted jacuzzi”. The setup of the jacuzzi was great. We were on the top floor and the view is as advertised. The temperature controls worked, but the jets didn’t work at all. The bathroom setup was a bit uncomfortable. The bathroom itself was very small - which is fine - but our shower door didn’t close all the way. This led to a wet floor, and the bath mat provided wasn’t very water proof. And - for those that care - the sink/mirror wasn’t in the bathroom; it was right next to the entry of our room.Lastly, the TV didn’t work. None of the pre set channels loaded, and it isn’t a smart TV nor did it come with an HDMI cord for a laptop.There was also some construction going on in the lobby which made for some tight maneuvering, but hopefully they’ll be done with that soon.
