Exceptional

Overall very pleasant stay.

Liked: The breakfast was excellent, staff very friendly and location good.
Disliked: Very little really, but if I have to be picky I travel for work and use a laptop, the desk was a little small. Had to move the kettle and tray to make a little more room. 🤷

Excellent hotel out of city...

Liked: Massive comfy king size bed and pillows ! Slept great!Breakfast was excellent and a good choice of different meals! Hotel is great have stayed there previously, bar well stocked and the evening meal was excellent!
Disliked: Soon as you leave the ground floor to go upstairs everything creeks ! Every floorboard needs replacing or screwing down.

Comfortable Stay

Liked: The bed was so comfy - I wanted to take the pillows home. Bathroom was clean and well stocked - hot water tap a bit slow to come out but I just ran it for a few minutes. Best biscuit selection and plenty of tea and coffee. Room was on the third floor there was no lift which I was okay with but some may not be. They’re also having some refurb on the third floor so am excited to go back when it’s done.
Disliked: N/A

Liked: Easy to find on outskirts of the city.
Disliked: No clear signs to find the hotel annex after checking in at the main reception.

Awful, Dirty, no heating, broken...

Liked: Not much.
Disliked: Health hazard. Dirty. Threadbare. Worn out. Noisy . Cold.
