Liked: Large comfortable bed
Disliked: Parts of room not clean, window hinge broken in semi dangerous position.One morning no hot water was unable to wash

Liked: Breakfast was good and the room and bed were comfortable .
Disliked: The bathroom needs updating as the flush didn't work well. Needs upgrading. Would have been useful to have a bottle of water in the room .

Friendly service in a great-value,...

Liked: I stayed in a suite, which had lots of space and a comfy bed (and a nice balcony, but December was too cold to make use of it). All the staff were really helpful and friendly and the breakfast was delicious.
Disliked: I remember when the suites used to have a minifridge, it's a shame they're no longer included but maybe they'll return again soon :)

Disliked: Foyer smelt strongly of cigarette smoke. Room was cold when we arrived as radiator was turned off

Lovely cheeky night away, would...

Liked: Value for money. Room was lovely and spacious. Evening meal was excellent as was the breakfast next morning.
Disliked: Bed was OK but there was a bit of a dip in the middle.
