Liked: Good location and TV has an extensive selection of channels
Disliked: The room had a stench and looked very worn. The sheets were rough too. There was lots of prior guests’ hair in the bathroom and on the desk.

Disliked: When I realized I booked at the wrong hotel, I tried to contact the property before the deadline for a free cancellation and no one spoke English. So I tried to message them on the Booking.com app which they had previously messaged me on and now it has been three days since I was supposed to stay at this hotel and I have yet to hear back from them, very unprofessional. I could’ve gotten my money back if they would’ve just answered me in a timely manner. If I ever plan a trip to Mexico, I will never be staying at this hotel.
