Comfortable Beds

Liked: Front staff was very nice at check-in.Beds were comfortable. We had a family suite. 2 rooms with 3 queen beds. It was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good. Bacon, country potatoes, eggs, cereal, and muffins.
Disliked: I have stayed at many hotels, including other Best Westerns. I understand having a set time to end breakfast. But I think this location is too set in ending breakfast exactly on time, closing the doors. I was there in plenty of time, but usually, there's a 5-10 minute grace period. Today was daylight savings time, so time sprung 1 hour ahead. I hope no one missed breakfast because of the time change. Customer service is important. Without customers, there is no job.

Liked: Breakfast was delicious. The man running it was amazing and accommodating. I believe his name was Leroy. 10/10 service and friendliness

Bad

Liked: It was a very good meal.
Disliked: The manager is rude and unprofessional. Just kicked us out after she dog poop by our vehicle. There is a no pet policy, buy our dog was inside our motorhome and my husband was taking the dog off property to walk it. We had paid for two nights. Spent one, and by noon, she kicked us out and didn't even talk to us about anything. Just told us to leave. We had told the person behind the desk when we checked in that we had an rv with a dog in it in the parking lot. They were fine with it. The dog was inside my private property. She said we were on private property, but didn't recognize our private property. The dog was inside his home. Federal property considers your vehicle your private property. Why can't she. That was not my dog's poop. I have a mastiff. It looked like it came out a cat. Not a mastiff. She didn't care to even listen to us in any way, shape, or form. She just wanted us gone. Im really not sure what we did otherwise to be treated like we were criminals.

Disliked: the breakfast could have been much better, I have stayed at other Best Westerns and they had a really good breakfastWe had to go out to breakfast nobody would eat that awful mess.

restful and enjoyable stay in...

Liked: The room was large with a couch and bed, plenty of space and a nice view out the window. The breakfast and breakfast room were both excellent. The bacon was especially good; there was an espresso machine in the utility room where the ice machine was, along with a filtered water dispenser, both of these were extra features I've not seen in other hotels.

Liked: A pleasant place to stay, worth considering for access to many needs in sw Portland/Tigard/Sheridan/ West Lake Oswego areas. Adequate parking. Clean and quiet.
Disliked: Adjacent hwy is busy-busy, but access to/from hotel is ok if you're patient.
