Disliked: Our stay was acceptable but after the fact service was terrible. Upon arrival we were charged a damage deposit the was to be refunded when we left, which was not eventually charged to my card. Instead, we were charged the full amount for the room, which we had already paid thru booking.com. When I contacted the hotel about this error, I was told they decided to charge the $603.35 to my card because of damages to the room. I guarantee there were no damages incurred and this was trumped up to allow more to be charged. The desk manager I contacted was very rude on the phone. We live in Spokane, WA and we're visiting in Tigard when these charges were done.

Liked: Rodney did a great job with bfast. We were on the 1st floor, which was good, cause the elevator was broken and we had a baby. Pool was great and hot tub.

Disliked: The elevator was broken, we had a baby and was put on the 3rd floor. It was a non-smoking room, but clearly the previous residents were smoking, cause it reeked of smoke. It was not a pleasant experience.
