Minor inconveniences, but all/all-good place.

Liked: Hotel was nice and the staff were super friendly. Was immediately told all rooms were no smoking/vaping allowed-great; walked in the room-it smells like stale damp cigarette smoke. Could tell they tried to cover it up with air fresheners, but it didn’t help. Sister’s room was the same way. Got the TV plugged in, then had to figure out how to wire the DirectTV box to work because someone had completely disconnected it

The stay was decent.

Liked: The bed was comfortable. The custodians were friendly, prompt, and clean.
Disliked: The breakfast was disgusting. The table in my room was sticky.

Liked: The lady at the front when we arrived was nice
Disliked: The room was dirty. The TV didn’t work. The sheets were dirty, which means that nobody checked the room.

Disliked: Old carpets, mold smells everywhere. Only 2 Bedside lamp and entry light with only one working light bulb.Breakfast lady coughs in the kitchen, foods were very bad.Never had such a bad breakfast in any BW hotels. No hair dry. We asked the front desk and the answer is they don’t have any.
