The organization and leadership needs...

Liked: We arrived and were tired. The room we reserved had not been cleaned—beds were not even made. When I informed the person at the desk, we did not even get an apology. Our family had to wait for about 10 minutes to get this resolved. The person did complain some about the job and said she would ask her manager for a discount. We never heard anything about the discount again and never even received an apology. We did get a new room eventually. The facilities are nice and, other than the room, clean. The breakfast was nice. Everywhere makes mistakes. While it was frustrating that our room had not been cleaned, I get that mistakes happen. My concern more was the resolution was not adequate. We should have received and apology at the least.

Liked: Staff was very friendly, beds were comfortable, room was spacious, pool was open, breakfast was great. One of the best hotel experiences I have have!
