I have stayed here before when visiting my Scholar at FIU. Love how close it is to the Biscayne Campus. The staff is friendly and hotel is clean. I had no issues at all. Should I need to visit North Miami again, Best Western here I come. Keep up the excellent work.

Would not stay here again.

Liked: Gave us a new room because of the cigarette smell.
Disliked: Old and expensive for the amenities. Bathroom smelled of cigarettes. Made photocopies of my license and credit card in case we damaged the room. Not sure why that would be needed when I prepaid the room and presented the same card at check in. Unnecessary to do that especially in an age of identity theft.

I'll be back.

Liked: Very pleasant staff; clean; quiet and well located.
Disliked: The WiFi seemed a bit weak but was working.

Liked: Had to evade hurricane Milton, so we were happy after all to have a place to stay.
Disliked: Strong smell in the room, hat do pay cash for incidentals at check in, had to withdraw cash from ATM because their system was down which cost me 25 USD extra for Euro to USD conversion, neighboring rooms produced strong Marihuana odor.

Liked: There is a big plaza with the Whole Foods Starbucks in Mena places there is a very big free parking. Nice pool.
Disliked: It’s not brand new renovation, but it’s fine

Liked: The room is spacious, very clean. Bed very comfortable. Staff helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Tv could be more modern with netflix. I do not like the smell of weed sometimes in the hall ways . I can also smell it when I sit on the balcony with nice weather (visit precious to this one).
