Very good

Better name would be “Best...

Disliked: This motel is falling apart. Elevator not working, beds were lumpy, worn out sheets and towels, floors and bathroom were grimy. Best Western Plus motels are generally nice, but this was a mess.

Disliked: Elevator not working. Space and pool out of orders. Very bad attitude of management

Disliked: The beds creaked and had some trouble with the TV

Liked: Was able to accommodate 5 people in a room.
Disliked: Wasn't notified of the elevator being out and having to take the stairs.

Great staff, horrible bed

Liked: Staff was super friendly and the place was nice. Kitchen staff was exceptional, even though several people were rude to her.
Disliked: For over $500 for 2 nights, it really sucked that we had to sleep on a broken bed with a toddler. We told the staff, who just said they'd note it.
