Pleasant

Liked: Was able to accommodate 5 people in a room.
Disliked: Wasn't notified of the elevator being out and having to take the stairs.

Great staff, horrible bed

Liked: Staff was super friendly and the place was nice. Kitchen staff was exceptional, even though several people were rude to her.
Disliked: For over $500 for 2 nights, it really sucked that we had to sleep on a broken bed with a toddler. We told the staff, who just said they'd note it.

Lousy. !!

Liked: When I arrived the front desk employee informed me that the elevator was broken as he continued to place me on the third floor! I have a disability !!! Can't Walk up stairs.
Disliked: That the elevator was broken
