Liked: When I arrived the front desk employee informed me that the elevator was broken as he continued to place me on the third floor! I have a disability !!! Can't Walk up stairs.

Liked: Our room was very close to the stairway, dont know if that was good since the elevator was not working while we were there.
Disliked: The beds need to be changed out for new ones asap, felt like we were sleeping on really old mattresses. Needs improvement.

Liked: The staff!! Staff were able to give me a room on the ground floor next to the side entrance, which made it easier transport pet carrier and supplies. The breakfast area was very nice, the breakfast was superior and staff was very friendly and attentive.
Disliked: The room was too dark. I had difficulty finding light switches and had to call front desk for help. The room was located on the side closest to the train tracks which was very noisy. Because the elevators were not functioning, there was a lot of activity on the back stairs which were located next to my room. Also, had to get front desk staff to reset the TV receiver.
