Great place to stay if...

Liked: Brilliant general manager who really tries to go above and beyond in making this hotel excellent. Big spacious clean room, plenty of facilities in the room and hotel and nice to have tea and coffee facilities available in reception! Free parking was definitely a bonus.
Disliked: The breakfast options (enforced by Best Western) are extremely sugary and unhealthy. The GM however does offer gluten free GF options as well as porridge.

Good value for the price,...

Liked: It was almost the cheapest pick at that moment in Vegas (~$300/Friday night), but probably not the worst one. Stuff is nice and trying their best. Everything looks clean.
Disliked: A lot of extra noise: railway across the street and you can see and hear trains if your windows face that direction; but inside sounds are even worse - terrible soundproofing, we all woke up early morning when our neighbors started having a shower. A/C remote on the wall didn't work, good we didn't need it. Faucet was terrible to use.

Liked: The comfortable and clean beds, the room was nice and the quiet area without noise ,the customer service provided by the staff they were friendly, thanks
Disliked: The carpet in.the 3rd floor, it needs to be replaced. Maybe it would be better if they changed from carpet to vinyl or laminate flooring
