Location and staff were great.

Liked: Comfortable beds and quiet.
Disliked: The smell of the property.

A bad experience overall

Disliked: No hot water in shower (clerk said to wait 10 minutes which is not acceptable). No face towels in room. No wastebasket.

Rubbish quite frankly! Expected better...

Liked: Not much
Disliked: There was a strong smell, a damp smell. We changed rooms but it was the same in the next room. The noise of the air con unit and the road noise was bad , the windows are not sound proofing . Breakfast is finished at 9 am. Not even a bottle of water in the fridge despite it being very warm. Coffee not great.
