Liked: Breakfast was good. The coffee/espresso machine was great. The staff was friendly.
Disliked: Our room was not exceptional however, there was damage on the wall and the room was not cleaned prior to our arrival. It was not a huge inconvenience because we were there for a tournament and did not spend a huge period of time in our room except to sleep overnight.

Absolutely Shocking stay! never again,...

Disliked: We had no heating and the hotel offer no help. the heater in the room was missed apparently on a renovation. (The only one in the hotel missed) yet the hotel laughed. then told us if we want to complain we need to speak with booking.com. initially offered us a portable heater, then told us the office was using as it was -14c it and would not go out and get another one as it was too cold. basically werent interested and told us we should have booked direct, then they could have refunded us or moved us. absolutely shocking experience.
