Liked: It's clean. Good location for our business.
Disliked: The crew charged me on credit card again even though I already paid by cash when checked in on 2th, Nov, I came to reception for 3 times, then the crew finally realized this is their mistake, this is really a great concern and shock for me. I was charged twice but crew did not realize, which gave us a a big scare. The process to find the reason and experience to call booking.com is so exhausting.Also there is no any paper receipt for deposit: 100USD. this is not reasonable. We always received paper receipt in other hotel if they charged us deposit.

Very clean and comfortable.

Liked: The bed was SO comfortable!! Liked the differences in the pillows. Liked the front doors being locked at 8:00 PM.
Disliked: Would have liked the parking lot to have more lighting.

Liked: My GPS was unable to find this address. It kept saying it didn’t exist, so I never got to stay at this place. More wasted money.

Liked: Breakfast was not bad. Pretty basic. The location was convenient for our visit. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The shower/tub didn't drain properly. The room had a musty smell. Requested fresh towels and received them, but the used towels were not removed. Bedspread stained. Hallway carpet not stretched properly and was a tripping hazard.
