Liked: Espresso machine was a nice touch, wish it had adjustments or a stop button for someone wanting less than a full cup, or to simply add more to an existing cup. I liked the pool and basic fitness area, both seemed clean and well appointed. Appreciated the fridge, and microwave.
Disliked: My room, 330, after thinking about it almost seemed like a throw away space, seldom rented to people. I just thought as well...... it was winter- and the temperature controls were set on A/C!!! It took a while to get some heat in the room. I say this because of the lighting for sure. No reading lamps on the 2 night stands, simply over head lights on a dimmer switch. No lamps on table by sofa sleeper either, just overhead room lights that would light up the whole area. Didn't make sense. One lamp was out over the sink, and the lighting overall in bath not conducive to make up, shaving etc. The USB ports on desk lamp didn't work to charge my devices. The room served my purposes of visiting a friend who just came down with some health issues, I just see in this day and age of properties upgrading simple conveniences for guest stays, attention could be given to that for this room. Having worked properties in my past up to 5 star resorts, I would also recommend staff be alerted to be aware of their guests around when pursuing all the personal conversations. I never have been a fan of staff anywhere huddling sharing stories of family, fellow employees, the property, negative positive or whatever, being oblivious to all who may be around them.
