Disliked: First room the TV was broken, was moved to a different room and the door was broken then was moved to a different room and everything was fine

Disliked: at one point the systems went down and someone from the front desk just walked in my room no knock or call was placed before doing so

Annoying

Disliked: I had to change rooms 3 times. Toilet did not work in the 1st heat did not work in the 2nd and tv couldn’t change channels in the 3rd. They made no efforts to accommodate me for those issues when I checked out. Only offered snack from the pantry. That hotel was so nice when I stayed before. Not anymore, i actually went back there because my first stay there was great. I won’t be returning.

Unpleasant stay and experience, not...

Liked: The breakfast was decent and great location, in front of the mall.
Disliked: We arrived and the man at check in was rude and odd and he was pretty much staring at my friend and I up and down. The kids were even worried at the way he was looking at us. Arrived at the room and the room smelled like cigarette smoke, it was awful. We called the front desk and no answer. We wanted a nice warm shower since we were on the road all day and WE DID NOT HAVE ANY HOT WATER!! No one cared that we did not have any hot water. Decided to turn the TV on and NO TV/CABLE! We needed sheets and towels since there was 5 of us traveling and we called for them but ended up having to go and get them ourselves. This was a horrible experience for us and our kids. 2 days, no hot water to shower in and we had to go and retrieve our own toiletries from the front desk. This was supposed to be our Thanksgiving getaway and it turned into a horrible stay for the entire family! I would never stay here again!
