Liked: The facility was cleaned when I entered. I liked that it was quiet and not a lot of traffic. The room was spacious. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was thoroughly cleaned.

Disliked: at one point the systems went down and someone from the front desk just walked in my room no knock or call was placed before doing so

Annoying

Disliked: I had to change rooms 3 times. Toilet did not work in the 1st heat did not work in the 2nd and tv couldn’t change channels in the 3rd. They made no efforts to accommodate me for those issues when I checked out. Only offered snack from the pantry. That hotel was so nice when I stayed before. Not anymore, i actually went back there because my first stay there was great. I won’t be returning.
