Terrible!

Liked: Location was good as just off the highway.
Disliked: Bed bugs found in room 326. Not impressed!!! Staff accommodated us and gave us another room. Was up most of the night as very unsettled with this experience. Hotel is dated, tired, carpets stained and obviously needs fumigation. Breakfast was barely tolerable. Where there’s one bed bug, there are many. Also makes for a hassle when returning home as luggage is left in the garage and sanitizing with heat of all clothing needed. Would NOT recommend this hotel!

Clean but confusing

Liked: It was clean and convenient
Disliked: Was told pool closed at 8 at check in, then in the room, it says 11. I asked again and front desk said 8- we checked in at 8:15. My 4 year old was very upset. And I was planning on using the pool to get rid of access energy Also be prepared for a $150 incidental fee. Which I thought for a budget hotel was crazy. That was literally what we paid for the night.

Don’t go if your boujie

Liked: I really enjoyed the updated view of the front desk, and sitting/eating areas. I enjoyed the huge area outdoors.
Disliked: The room is outdated, included the bathroom. I had to get the keys changed out multiple times because they stopped working and I was unimpressed that I had to ring the bell every single time I went to the front desk. My mom asked for a an extra towel and was denied, saying that all the clean towels were for the rooms.

Liked: The location was nice and rural. The breakfast was good and my husband loved the pool and jacuzzi. We also liked the Texas Roadhouse restaurant across the street for dinner.
