Liked: I travel every week and stay four days typically in hotels. I’ve never stayed at this location when I am in Lake Crystal, I will return again to stay.

Liked: Staff were friendly and helpful. Great!
Disliked: Facility was a little run down in general. Doors took several tries before the keys worked. Yellow caution tape over the elevator. Musty rooms. Nothing was terrible but a lot was just a little old and dated.

Very disappointed in our stay!
Liked: Nice pool area, comfortable bed
Disliked: We stayed 3 nights/4 days and they had to re-key our card every time we left our room even though we kept our cards away from our phones and key fobs. The front desk staff said this has been a major issue for some rooms but never offered to move us to a different room. The room itself was fine but there was only 1/4 roll of toilet paper when we entered and no other roll any where to be found so we had to go ask for some and all of the dispensers in the shower were empty. We decided to try the Green Mill restaurant that’s attached to the hotel, after an hour and twenty minutes we still had no food and our waiter said he wasn’t sure how long it was going to be so we left.
