Clean facility.

Liked: Cleanliness
Disliked: A rude man seemed to manage the facility, but the other employees were very nice. It was much farther from the airport than we expected. Also the rates were more than doubled because of a concert in town.

Nice clean hotel. Staff very...

Liked: Location was great. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Need variety breakfast meats. Most times eggs were cold and sausage also. Would have liked some bacon or ham.

The stay was okay....but misleading!

Liked: Breakfast was okay. The night and morning managers were very nice.
Disliked: I was upset, because I was guaranteed, by writing, that there was a shuttle from the airport. When I called from the airport for the shuttle, I was told there was no shuttle even though I was GUARANTEED in writing that there was. Cost $30 for cab ride!! The paint was chipping off the ceiling and the doors, and the rug was stained.
