Easy, affordable, best deal for...

Liked: Immaculate, amazing jacuzzi tub in room, free breakfast, Halloween candy at desk, latte machine, nice people, great value!
Disliked: Pillows not the best, some noisy guests at 2 am but that’s not management’s fault

Best Western is not an...

Liked: It was a pretty central location for what we were doing in Middletown. Weird access from Highway 5, but we figured it out after being there several days.
Disliked: We were informed when we checked in on Tuesday for a seven day stay that the room would be cleaned on Saturday only, unless we asked specifically for additional service. I guess that’s fine, we weren’t in the room that much, but it would’ve been nice to have clean towels every couple of days. Providing the continental breakfast was nice, and the food was fine, the coffee machine had some troubles, but overall it was OK.
