It's clean; breakfast was good; staff courteous albeit somewhat slow. Was given a handicapped room initially but was changed to a room with a jacuzzi for the inconvenience of carrying baggage twice. Nothing special here but no real complaints or issues!

Disliked: Room smelled like someone smoked weed. Was told to turn on air conditioning. Also room was next to breakfast area so was wakens bright and early with all the noise there.

Disliked: Mold on carpet, trash beside beds and under couch, no outlet covers, light floating in pool, the filter cover over a hole in the pool was loose, breakfast was empty and no one restocking the breakfast. Had to ask for sheets for on the bed.

I'll never stay there again

Liked: The bed size and the closeness to my venue
Disliked: This room was booked for my wedding night, I booked the hotel because it had a fire place a jacuzzi in the room. These rooms were 2 times the price of any of the other hotels in the area. The room that we got the fire place and the jacuzzi tub did not work. The breakfast was all stale ( bread. Bagels,muffins) there were only cheerios for cereal, the oj was bad, tasting like watered down orange drink. There were yellow streaks running down the wall.

Don't expect much and you...

Liked: Comfortable bed, clean room. Overall it was a good one night stay.
Disliked: At first we got a room with the smell of cigarettes. We had to ask to change it and we got a new room that was fine. There are some issues with breakfast as everyone else mentioned in their reviews: it's not the best breakfast or even a good one. TV didn't work, the phone was broken, and there were some stains on the carpet.

This was the very worst...

Disliked: Juice was watery, no coffee, food was stale, ran out of eggs, passive attitude of staff ( when you could find them),usually no one at the front deskEverything was in need of updating, e.g. the hall carpeting was ripped and stained.

Paying for pull out sofa...

Liked: Locations was fine considering after a funeral and cancelled flight we had no other choice but to drive from cincinnati to newark and you were not out of the way. And most importantly you offered a room with two Queen beds and a pull out sofa...though this was ultimately what you failed to provide
Disliked: Breakfast was horribel but that wasnt important.Important you offered the pull out sofa that was unsleepable and when asked fir Xtra pillows to try to Fix it(was 1am) there was only 1 xtra pillow in the entire hotel. Told complaint could only be to manager who after being missing in action will be calling me...If I can trust that. I bought the service of of sleeping fir a large family but 1/3 of the beds was unsleepable. At the very least I would expert to be refunded 1/3 of the money i paid for the service you didnt provide
