Overall very nice place to stay. The fitness room was well equipped and the pool was nice. The place seemed packed on the weekend that we stayed but was still very quiet.

Liked: Rooms were clean and hotel was quiet.
Disliked: Breakfast ends too early - 9:30a.m. seems ridiculous.

Disliked: I chose to stay during Spring Break and I paid for it with my sleep. It was not the hotel's fault at all. I chose unwisely.

Liked: The staff was so friendly and caring for all the cheer leaders in town. Accomidating to everyone, breakfast options were very decent loved that they had a staff fave that was offered up. Pool area was nice.
Disliked: Wish for breakfast they had more than 1 waffle iron especially since there was so many people in line waiting to make them. But over it was still a great stay

Disliked: Staff was a little different. They had a strange living environment going on. Couple of rooms they stayed in and an elderly family member was in one.

Liked: I wish I could remember the name of the man that helped us, it was late, between 11 & midnight. When we got to our room, our TV wasn’t working. We aren’t the type of people to complain about minor inconveniences but the gentlemen did tell us during check in, “if you find that something isn’t working to your standards, please let us know so we can fix it right away” So we did. He sent someone to help, right away. I’d say within 2-3 minutes. The man he sent, checked it out & also wasn’t able to get it to work. So the gentleman at the front desk got us a new room & it was upgraded. It was beyond our expectations & really meant a lot; since we don’t stay away from home often. 10/10 customer service, I will 100% return if back in the area again.
Disliked: Everything exceeded our standards.
