Liked: Food was good. Room was cleanPool room was clean and warm and so was the hot tub. Carts were available for load in and the elevator was pretty quick
Disliked: The breakfast room didn’t have any ice available. There wasn’t a variety of sliced/ prepared fruit

Disliked: Rooms weren’t updated & the heating / cooling wasn’t good. The bed was so old that it was sinking in!

Liked: It was very clean and the front staff was awesome.
Disliked: There was absolutely no hot water ran the bathtub and the sink for almost 15 minutes and didn’t even get it warm face cloth. So much noise from the windows as we were on the side with the highway, but I think possibly the seals are broken. Never slept. Then at 8 AM Sunday morning a bunch of little kids were running up and down the hall screaming it wasn’t a very pleasant stay. I don’t think we will be back.

Liked: Kids loved the pool! The breakfast was OUT OF THIS WORLD. My kids ate their weight in food and then we didn’t even need to stop for lunch. So many incredible options - including cinnamon waffle batter - who knew! The beds were comfy and it was quiet and clean. The intense coffee machine in the lobby was also a favorite. The kids having never ending hot chocolate made it even more worth their while. We will for sure stay here again!
