Surprised hotel & staff were...

Liked: Excellent breakfastAll staff very pleasant, no sarcasm when asked questions, very helpful and NICE staff !No dog barking or dog smells.Rooms were quiet from other guests. Pool temperature was excellent compared to many icy hotel pools.

Exceptional

I would stay here again

Liked: The room was very large with comfortable chairs. The pool area was clean and the water was warm. The amenities in the room were great and the beds were comfortable. There are ice and vending machines on every floor. Breakfast was good and I appreciate having real cream and butter instead of soy/canola/overly sugary alternatives.
Disliked: The breakfast area is quite small for the size of the hotel. We had to stand in the lobby and wait for a table.

Liked: Rooms were clean and updated. Bed & pillows very comfortable.The gentleman at the counter was friendly, and helpful.Breakfast had everything, from cereal to waffles, and everything in between...delicious!Travelled with our grandsons hockey team, had been stranded in Moosejaw.. The staff was excellent with the kids, and they absolutely loved the pool.location is right along the highway, so easy to get in and out of the city, with plenty of restaurants close by.
Disliked: I can't think of anything that we didn't like. Definitely recommend it to others.

Liked: Food was good. Room was cleanPool room was clean and warm and so was the hot tub. Carts were available for load in and the elevator was pretty quick
Disliked: The breakfast room didn’t have any ice available. There wasn’t a variety of sliced/ prepared fruit

Liked: Easy location
Disliked: Rooms weren’t updated & the heating / cooling wasn’t good. The bed was so old that it was sinking in!

Bad

Liked: It was very clean and the front staff was awesome.
Disliked: There was absolutely no hot water ran the bathtub and the sink for almost 15 minutes and didn’t even get it warm face cloth. So much noise from the windows as we were on the side with the highway, but I think possibly the seals are broken. Never slept. Then at 8 AM Sunday morning a bunch of little kids were running up and down the hall screaming it wasn’t a very pleasant stay. I don’t think we will be back.
