We got overcharged on our rooms, and on the second night our cards didn't work. When we got new cards they set it up as a new reservation so we got an extra charge on the credit card.

Liked: It was 5 minutes away from the venue (New City Gas).
Disliked: Overcharged on our rooms.

Hotel was great; location was great; staff was great.

Liked: The rep on the phone worked very hard to accommodate my needs.
Disliked: I was told the website discount was as good as the military discount. This was not true.

I enjoyed the location a lot; when I come back I will book a room with you again.

Liked: Service at reception was very good; room was very clean and had everything a traveller might require.
Disliked: Maybe change the pillows a little - they are too soft; room seemed smaller compared to Best Western in Niagara Falls.

Liked: There is a Cora's restaurant attached to hotel, not free but cheap enough and a varied selection.
Disliked: Bathroom too small. Didn't like being denied to have a late checkout ,l was willing to pay the $30 to check out at 3pm

Superb

Liked: Location is excellent because it is a short walk to the bell centre, shopping and dining.
Disliked: The exercise room has several pieces of equipment but no free weights or mats.

Exceptional

Liked: Location to shops and restaurants and the Bell Cetre as we were in town for a hockey game

Okay place for to rest...

Liked: Checking in and checking out was easy. The hotel is in a great location.
Disliked: The rooms are small and dated. The renos are cheaply done.

Perfect location and nice hotel

Liked: The location. It’s just a step from the Center Bell. A lot of bars and restaurants close by. Place was clean. There is a nice coffee machine in a lobby with a very good coffee. Also a Cora place right in the building. Bed was comfortable. And Keurig machine in a room. Everything was nice and pleasant.
Disliked: Nothing
