Liked: Our room was extremely spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Staff were very helpful. A wonderful stay!

Liked: It was incredibly clean and so close and walkable to so many prime areas! Staff was amazing as well, very accommodating and Allen was so sweet!
Disliked: Nothing.

Overpriced Standard Hotel

Liked: Staff was super friendly. The cappuccino machine was a "Plus"
Disliked: I paid a much significantly higher price to stay at the Best Western Plus because I had so much higher expectations. I wasn't willing to pay a much lower price for a basic Hotel because I was really looking forward to what I thought would be a much nicer hotel that serves breakfast. Breakfast which I thought would be a buffet but instead turned out to be very, very standard & very basic. It didn't even have any waffles, & the pancake machine broke. The dining area was super small and I expected much more food choice options. The rooms were nice and roomy. But they too were very, very standard and basic & they do not include a microwave. The beds were very comfortable. And the staff was great but..This was a high price hotel for a standard hotel stay! Never again.
