Not worthwhile

Liked: There was not much to like.The room was big but that’s because booking.com gave me an upgrade being a Genius member.Location was good.
Disliked: - I had a very bad experience as I checked into the room early and one of their female staff members entered into my room without even asking, took a table and left. What if I was naked or changing my clothes?- When I went down to the front desk, to my shock the front desk lady said, it happened because I checked into early and the staff wasn’t informed. So basically if a guest checks in early, he/she should be at their own risk or not have any private moment coz someone might just barge into your private space. The lady at the front desk said what can i do for you? I have already given you an executive room. NO MA’AM? You did not. I got the executive room because i am a genius member and booking.com gave me that room not you.- When I asked for the manager, i was told she is not here since it’s the weekend so I need to wait for her till Monday. Wow. Then they connected me to the manager over the phone and to my shock, she too blamed me for an early check in. Additionally , she told me that there was no DND sign, that created a misunderstanding. To put a DND sign would be my decision not yours and not putting an DND sign doesn’t give you the right to barge into my private space. It was clearly an act for miscommunication and carelessness. After a long argument she offered me some wine and an apology. I literally did not like her tone and how casual she was while addressing the issue. Just imagine a man entering a woman’s room instead and the things would have been handled differently.- The gym was the worst, the smallest i have ever seen in a 4 star hotel (let alone in any hotel), which shows that they are least bothered about fitness. Not even a single dumbbell. Just 2 rods and some plates. Make your own dumbbell. Broken bench seat, no phone and NO WASHROOM IN/AROUND the gym. Like seriously?? What are we paying for then? I think it’s disrespectful towards the guests not to provide facilities, they pay for.
