Made my stay in Strasbourg...

Liked: Great location, has a long history as monopole hotel and you can see that long history was kept and displayed very well.The hotel room was excellent and spacious, the building had its charm. I would definitely stay again next time.And staffs were really kind they tend to your needs and remembered who you were, excellent hospitality.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Very friendly front desk, big and clean room. Great location for exploring the city
Disliked: Wifi was not really usable and some noise from nearby rooms.

Highly recommended, would definitely use...

Liked: Great location, central for everything and walking distance to pretty much everywhere. Comfortable room which was surprisingly quiet for the centre of Strasbourg!
Disliked: Lack of parking (somewhat expected in a city centre) but we were given good advice on local car parks. Booked gluten free option for breakfast but was told by the waiting staff they had ran out with no apologies or alternatives offered.
