Disliked: The front desk manager is very aggressive, he yelled at me on the phone multiple times and hung up on me. He refused to help after after an accidental booking. Customer service and booking customer service both called him and he gave them the same treatment I am absolutely appalled on how I was treated by the front desk manager. He made me so uncomfortable that I felt endangered to even go there. I did, however, book with another best western in my intended location.

Disliked: Not being charged for every single person in the room if I paid for a room that is for that amount of people! Staff was rude and constantly stared. Rushed us to check out before the time. Very awkward and uncomfortable!

Very clean and good hotel

Liked: The hotel was very clean, the staff, Benny, was very nice and the breakfast was great.They had a free coffee machine in the lobby- that was perfect! The pool and the hot tub was well maintained too. Would stay here again!
Disliked: Everything was great.
