Good Hotel Turned Bad

Disliked: Woke up to scratching and found a bed bug which I recorded and showed to the front desk

Liked: Staff was nice, hotel was fairly clean
Disliked: Bed was too hard, breakfast was minimal and all of the juice was out, the hot tub has been filled in, air conditioner constant fan button didn't work so it kept turning off and on

Liked: Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and very well maintained
Disliked: The beds could have been a touch more comfortable

Was decent

Liked: The bed was nice and comfortable. A lot of pillows. Staff was nice and friendly. Don’t really know about the breakfast because I didn’t go down there to check. Very close to the malls and lots of other stores.
Disliked: The only problem I had here was, we were across the hall from what I’m assuming was a couple with about a 1000 kids. They kept screaming ( even behind closed doors! Yes we could hear them screaming in their rooms!) and running down the hall all night and slamming the doors. I called down 2x to the front office with no answer but they called my room back within 5 minutes. I told them what was happening and they said they would take care of it. It still went on for about another 30 minutes or so. Even the parents were banging on other doors and drinking. So people! Please have respect for others when you go to hotels/motels!!! Some people sleep there because they have jobs to attend to in the mornings or are trying to sleep from driving long hours on the road! We don’t want to hear your kids yelling and screaming all night!! Have some respect for others and watch your kids and make them mind!!!!
