Disliked: Breakfast is horrible; I work in a kitchen myself, but the person who refills the biscuits took it out in the ziploc bag. The biscuits were hard and cold; not only that, eggs and sausages and gravy also very disappointing.

Liked: Room was big; nice kitchenette; nice pool and hot tub.

Liked: Love this hotel; convenient; accomodating and perfect for a night or two stay.

Liked: Female desk clerk helped me to extend my stay. Understood when I had to leave due to a death in the family. Very compassionate and on top of things. Housekeeping was also exceptional. I enjoyed my stay.

Liked: Nothing.The bar wasn't bad.
Disliked: The hotel was filthy, moldy, run down. Carpet was awful. TV didn't come in well.Noise upstairs and outside, walls are paper thin. The bill was jacked way up with different charges for each night. The breakfast food was cold!The hot tub was not working. Way overpriced for what you got.

Disliked: I was told by front desk that there was room service delivery to room . Waited an hour, called restaurant and they said no room delivery. I'm disabled so the extra walking, wasn't what I wanted. I would have used grub hub. Also poor parking. Very small.

Disliked: We were on the 2nd floor. Hallway and room smelled like barn. And heavy oil like smell by the elevator. Lobby was fine.

It was just okay.

Liked: The restaurant/bar had good food. Beds were comfortable.
Disliked: There was no hot water until later in the evening so we couldn’t shower at night, give our grandbaby a bath or sit in the hot tub. They should have told us that when we checked in.
