Disliked: Breakfast is horrible; I work in a kitchen myself, but the person who refills the biscuits took it out in the ziploc bag. The biscuits were hard and cold; not only that, eggs and sausages and gravy also very disappointing.

Liked: Room, pool and restaurant were nice
Disliked: Staff did not acknowledge/note our late checkout request and housekeeping attempted to enter our room although we requested a late checkout out before even checking into the property.

Extremely disappointing
Disliked: My heat was not working and my room temp was at 67 and when I asked the front desk I was told all he could do was tell maintenance when asked if they had a space heater because I was very cold they repeated the same thing about telling maintenance and they did not provide that either.. I found a spare thin blanket in the closet (with cigarette burns) that I needed to use to try to keep me and my child warm through the night during a snow storm not to mention chip crumbs in my bed and even a fingernail clipping which is unacceptable. The pool/hot tub was also closed and didn’t open when I was told it would the next day. When we went for breakfast the hallway was significantly warmer than my room had been all night and most of the food was actually too stale to eat.
