Disliked: Front desk lost the sheet of paper to give us a wake up call and left without us for our morning shuttle. Made no effort to fix or correct this issue. The hotel had a strong smell of cigarettes and weed when on the first floor.

Liked: I booked the room due to the swimming pool size and by the looks of the set up.
Disliked: It took over 45 minutes for towels to be brought to the pool area after I let the front desk know there were not any available. The kids were told that they needed to vacate the fitness can underderstand the hotel requiring an adult to be present however when there are not towels to dry with it is a little difficult to enter a fitness center sopping wet. I sat outside of the fitness center by the pool where the children were in view however was approached by a housekeeping staff member, manager and security guard advising me the children could not be in there. We did leave the area and returned to the pool where we were further harassed bt the security guard. He proceeded to get my attention advising me that the towels were delivered to the pool area. My family and I were already holding towels so it was obvious that we were aware that the towels were delivered. Again the security guard attempted to get my attention. The pool was occupied with at least 20 guests most of them unsupervised children so it was loud. Both times the security guard attempted to get my attention it was from the other side of the glass wall surrounding the pool. I needed to step away from my family and area I was enjoying the facilities to approach the glass wall where the security guard not advised me I was not allowed to have a beverage in the pool area. I had a covered beverage container containg water. There was an open coke a cola can at the area next to me from another guest and they were not approached. My key card deactivated and when I asked the front desk to re activate it they asked if I made multiple attempts to be sure the card was indeed demagnitized.

Liked: Convenient location next to airport and 12 min from downtown, which was our destination.
Disliked: Nothing. It was a great value and we had no complaints.
