Very good

Liked: Good breakfast (in my case, scrambled eggs on toast, cooked to order), room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. No issues with checking in or out.
Disliked: No lift to upstairs rooms (it wasn't mentioned), so staff could have asked if I needed help with my obviously oversized bag. A bit of a trek to the room, which was right at the end of the corridor - not sure why given there were only a handful of vehicles in the car park. Carpet was a bit dated in the room, which was otherwise good.

Disliked: Restaurant at breakfast. Staff overfamiliar, other staff kept coming in to get Coke from bar, people wandering through restaurant. Manager and staff having discussions about concerns. Felt uneasy.

Exceptional

Liked: It was very welcoming and friendly. Would go the extra mile to help you enjoy your stay.
Disliked: The only thing we dident like was the sign outside for the Hotel was not lite up and as a result we were driving around a few times missing it on that night we arrived.

Liked: On inspection of our room we found that the bath was missing its plug. This reported to reception and the problem was solved in 2 minutes - very good service
