Liked: The snow stopped at 3p and the evening staff (3 at the desk) didn’t clear the snow from the sidewalks not even the handicapped section making it hard for my family to get in. Next day 10am they still hadn’t cleared or salted my 4 year old fell from the ice. Scary situation to be in. Staff was unbothered by the news saying someone would salt in the afternoon. Had it been summer I think we would have enjoyed the stay a little better. This time wasn’t very welcoming.

It's ok

Liked: You can tell at one point this was an amazing hotel. It is kinda ran down. At one point people were sleeping on the benches outside. It could be amazing again. The beds were OK. The rooms were clean. The rest of the place was not. Would I stay here again, if I had to.

Liked: We were there to bring my husband to his unit for his deployment, and it was a perfect stay. He was able to get a great night's sleep. Which was great since he won't have a good bed for a year. Breakfast and staff were also amazing

Liked: Hot tub and pool were nice. My 7 yr old loved the splash pad feel of the pool and the slides. Breakfast was good. We only stayed 1 night. Hotel is close to gas station. There was always housekeeping around ensuring things were clean. Coffee and hot cocoa always available.
