Liked: It was fine, not fancy but clean and comfortable.
Disliked: There was not a single USB charging port in the room. Nearly everyone had a phone, tablet or laptop that needs charging. This lack really should be addressed.

Disappointed

Liked: The staff was friendly. The shower was hot and the water pressure was decent. Price was decent.
Disliked: Super noisy- could hear everything outside; lots of traffic and fire trucks in the middle of the night. Breakfast was hot but subpar. The elevators were terrible, there was 2 and one was out of order. We didn’t take our kids with us, so we didn’t use the pool- but the smell from the pool was horrible. The look in the hallways was pretty dated and the bed was way too soft. Overall disappointed with this stay.

Disliked: There was absolutely no internet service during our entire stay!! There was no hot water every time we used the sink! The heater roared whenever it came on and roared as it worked!

Liked: Jacuzzi room was nice!
Disliked: The staff could have been a lot more friendly when I checked in. I was going to stay two nights until I seen the gal that checked me in was there the following morning and I decided to not even deal with her so I got back on the road and stayed somewhere else.
