Great place to stay if...

Liked: Loved the accommodations and the cleanliness of the entire hotel. Staff was super friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Breakfast can be better and TV was not user friendly and should be a smart TV being that it's 2025.

Quiet hotel

Liked: This hotel is cleaner than the neighboring hotel next door (but my room rug needed a shampoo for sure).Location near exec airport and rate was very good.
Disliked: No cable news stations (like FOX evening news) News was very limited in choice The AC made a lot of noise

Very poor

Disliked: We were confirmed for one night at the Best Western. A request at the reception for an additional night was too expensive for us, so we decided to look elsewhere and did not reserve another night. However, the hotel understood this as a reservation and charged us for the additional night. Multiple inquiries at the reception always referred us to the hotel manager. Several attempts to contact (calls, emails, etc.) were not answered, there was no response at all. We are really annoyed because the money has not been refunded yet. F*** Best Western Miami!

Great price for the stay...

Liked: Hotel was clean and updated for the price. Housekeeping people were great! Location was great! Free breakfast was a bonus.
Disliked: Beds were not comfortable at all. Staff at front desk & breakfast crew not friendly. Still giving a great review based on the fact this did not cancel out the value.
