Liked: Hotel airport shuttle
Disliked: I booked this hotel because of the free shuttle to and from the airport. When I called at arrival they said it would be an hour before the shuttle could get there because they had two loads of people before us. So we had to Uber there or wait an hour. No one spoke English that worked the breakfast area. I tried filling my water bottle in the dispenser but the water was warm (almost hot) but the woman could not understand me. Finally someone came over to say “sorry, that’s all there is. You can buy a bottle of water if you want”. Breakfast was horrible. I mean horrible. Staff that did speak some English were rude and not friendly.

Disliked: Checkin was not the most professional nor welcoming greeting. The bathroom's soap dispenser was broken or empty.The television was not working for me. I called the front desk and they sent housekeeping who discovered the cables were disconnected. She was unable to help further but left and sent a male employee to rectify the problem. This could have been avoided if checked before the room was placed in the system as available. I simply wanted to settle in and go to bed as this was almost 10 o'clock after a hectic day.
