Good stay

Liked: Good comfortable room, Quiet, Great breakfast, Good parking. Front desk very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: TV system offering Telus optik stuff at extra cost. Why not signup with one of the streaming providers and just allow customers to connect to their own netflix, amazon prime, crave, hbo or youtube? Nobody is interested in network TV anymore, except maybe sports. I realize you'll lose a small tiny stream of revenue by not doing the Telus optik thing, but people don't like pay-for-view nor "tv on demand"/rentals etc. That's why everyone does streaming these days. Come on, its 2024. You would gain huge customer loyalty with such an approach.This was the only tarnish on an otherwise excellent stay at your hotel.
