Great staff at front desk...

Liked: Breakfast excellent. Location great
Disliked: Loud fan in bathroom Unable to relax in tub as on cannot shut the fan without turning out the light.

Excellent hotel, location and staff!

Liked: Rooms were nice and clean. It was great to have a mini fridge, microwave and kettle in the room. Breakfast was very good. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was very convenient to have access to the pedway and the many restaurants in the area.
Disliked: Nothing I can think of.

No really impressed on how...

Liked: The fact that not many people in hotel!
Disliked: We booked the room, after booking a concert event. Unfortunately the concert canceled 5 days Pryor to our stay, I called the hotel if I could cancel. That was a nope, no problem I understand. But then asked if I could change my date, booking. com said I would have to ask hotel, and when I called them they said it's up to booking.com to change that. After a bunch of emails and calls, I ended up driving 4hrs to enjoy our jacuzzi suite that we could not change dates, on a nite that there were no shows, because both groups passed the buck on each other, instead of thinking of the patron and what good courtesy jester they could do for this patron. And for this I probably wouldn't use either of these 2 business again! The hotel had mabe 10 people and definitely was not over booked, called and talked to 2 different managers say it was up to booking. com.
