Amazing!!! Very clean!!!! Comfy beds!!!

It was a quite stay,But...

Liked: It was quite
Disliked: One of our rooms was not clean,had to ask for someone to come clean bathroom because it was dirty & the only thing that was taken care of was a quick wipe down of the toilet! Ended up getting my own cleaning supplies and cleaning everything myself before we brought our belongings into room. & there was trash left outside room doors for days before any staff cleaned it up.The hot tub was not working which would have been nice to know before check in.

Liked: Harry at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating, and fixed a situation immediately.

Bad

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Everything the booking company advertising on Bring Fido as being pet friendly is why I booked, no emails or phone calls to let me know it is not Pet friendly, not till I walked in the door. I will be pursuing this matter with all parties till we find out who’s not telling the truth!

Never Again

Liked: Beds were comfy.
Disliked: Where to even start. Staff made me clean up a overflown toilet. Did not get a mop. Underware in the pool, staff made another guest pick them up. Unbelievable terrible hospitality. The absolute worst in my 55 years of life.
