Passable

Liked: Your desk clerk at check in (8PM) could Not have been less pleasant. Not at all welcoming. No smile, no welcome, boring brief statements about check in. Obviously hates her job. Facilities were clean and updated but lots of hotels to spend my money at-next time I will check out some others.

Would definitly stay here again.

Liked: This is a new hotel, so everything was soooo clean. The bed was really comfortable, and the lighting in the bathroom was actually good enough to apply my makeup (a first for me). The breakfast was good for a hotel breakfast. Located in a really nice area.
Disliked: I don't understand why the hotels only provide one hook in the bathroom to hang towels on.

Comfortable and convenient.

Liked: Location was good but no food in the area. Facility was clean and comfortable. Reception was not very hospitable and at first I wondered if she was disabled and couldn’t stand or walk as she stayed seated and hidden behind a computer screen. She just couldn’t be bothered to stand up.

Liked: Clean front staff pleasant and I was a little intense. No ice bucket in my room, issues with my ESA Registered dog. He has his own card & credentials. He is 5 lbs of amazing! No bark, shed, messes. I have never paid for him to stay. In the end I didn’t pay. Bathroom not very clean, carpet, just not up to par. I stayed in 4 hotels on my journey from Chicago to Palm desert. Yours was the nicest.
