Great place to stay!
Liked: Property located in a nice quiet area. Nicely furnished from the entrance to the room. Great breakfast options and overall very clean!They had 24hr coffee available and had snacks available to purchase there at reasonable prices.We ended up staying an extra night due to the weather conditions and our stay was very comfortable. Room was good size, furniture to sit on besides bed, good tv cable service with various channels and nice lounge area.
Disliked: The only negative situation we encountered was with the lady that checked us in on the 13th. She did not make us feel welcomed, didn’t say much and was very short when asked any questions.

Liked: The staff in the morning, Eddie was extremely Pleasant and helpful. The chair in the room was comfortable. The towels in the bathroom were very nice. There was a very large bright alarm clock on the bedside. A little too much light for me but certainly made it easy to see. Breakfast was excellent. Many options including fruit and toppings for your yogurt or waffle/ pancakes. Probably the nicest breakfast we had experienced on our road trip. Lobby was gorgeous and nicely decorated. Two elevators to our 4th floor room.
Disliked: The welcoming staff was not pleasant at all. When she went off duty at 3:00 right after we checked in another person came in and she was equally unpleasant. When I inquired about coffee, she said in the kitchen like I was supposed to know where that was at. Had to go into the kitchen behind the closed doors to access the coffee and couldn't find a light switch. We tried our best to be pleasant customers but both of these ladies just couldn't be bothered. The bed was comfy but at the foot of the bed there was a 'hole' like they had turned the mattress. The shower was poor. No pressure whatsoever although the water was hot. The room was extremely large but for what? There was a chair that swam in that large room. We had requested a ground floor but informed there was not one. Since hardly anyone was there I found that hard to believe.
