Disliked: The bed feels nice when you first lay on it, but it gets uncomfortable really quickly. I woke up with my body hurting so bad 2 days in a row. Unless you like your bed really really firm to the point you are sleeping on the hardness of the floor with some cushion floor then you will be comfortable.The sheets were stained like they had an old blood stain from someones shark week, and some towels not all looked dirty, but on a closer look, they were just stained, and it was just really bad stains. I used a small hand towel to wipe down the bathtub before using it, and the towel was ķinda dirty after, and hair came off from around the drain. I tried to use the vending machine, and the card reader didn't work. Then I was told it only took cash. I need to wash some clothes kinda pricie $4.00 a load per wash and dry, and it only takes quarters. I wish it would say that on the booking page so I knew to take more cash and quarters with me.The washer and dryer are very nice and do wash and dry very well. I asked the guy at the front desk if i could get change, and he said yes, but it's only cash for change. I could not use my card for change. They have no ATM on premises. The only one available to use is 2 blocks away from whatthe guy told me. He seemed like he didn't want to be there, not really caring about his tone. He had a very serious attitude, nothing friendly about it. I even tried to lighten the mood, and he just stayed straight faced and kept doing what he was doing. It's a very nice hotel but it's not fully the best for the price I paid. I didn't even want to go to the front anymore after having to change all my nickels and dimes for quarters, I didn't want to start with this guy I was irritated and to tired to tell him anything about anything about the sheets and towels. I only called for a late check out for the following day, and that was not communicated with housekeeping.
