Disliked: Pool was hidden but not a deal breaker

Liked: The staff was very helpful and promptly responded to requests, location is very convenient and quiet.
Disliked: Shower could take improvement, towels definitely need to be renovated and they unbelievably don’t have a corkscrew on premises 😎 Also a vendor machine with some offers of a variety of wines could save trips to nearby marketplaces.

Liked: The property is in a great location, right near Warner Bros. Studios and very close to Universal Studios. Room was pretty spacious and the bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: The entire property (more specifically the parking area) smelled like there was a gas leak, very off-putting. The TV in our room did not work.

Liked: This hotel is in a beautiful neighborhoo with restaurants at walking distance. It's really clean and super quiet and not to mention the comfy beds that allow you to have a resful night and to wake up to a breakfast buffet 😍 and if you bring a car it's safe in a indoor parking. Plus, you can take an Uber to Universal it was like 15 mins away from the hotel, about $ 12. This is the best hotel we ever stay near Universal hollywood 🙌 😍
