Worst best western hotel!

Disliked: Room was stinky, dirty and really out dated, 6.10am NO breakfast yet! Should start at 6am!At 6.15am we left with out the breakfast, BUT THE RECEPTIONIST WAS SLEEPING, HIS LEGS ON THE CHAIR AND SLEEPING!Not possible to pay cash!Worst Best Western!

Liked: The breakfast lady was very kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: There were 4 things that stood out for us. 1- My husband did not like the breakfast since it was sausage everyday, which he won't eat. 2- There were no towels at the pool or gym and the front desk only gives out hand towels. 3- There was an incident where there was no creamer for the coffee and when I asked the front desk she informed me (not moving her eyes from her phone screen) that it was under the cabinet, which I would never take it upon myself to do since it's considered a "staff only area". 4- The same person, upon check out never raised her head from her phone but asked if I wanted a reciept. She appeared as if I was bothering her and got me the receipt. It would help if they were not always on their personal phones.
