Liked: Hotel was in a convenient location, the room was clean, and the breakfast was pretty good
Disliked: The service upon check-in was inexcusable.The attendant was not behind the desk, but was instead lounging on the couch in the atrium. We were not greeted, and only discovered he was an employee when he lazily walked behind the counter. We were not verbally informed of the room number or the WiFi. We weren't even told where to find the elevator.

Liked: It was a large room with very comfortable beds. The checking process was easy. The outside lighting is great. The lobby is nice and my family enjoyed the breakfast. I didn't eat breakfast.
Disliked: The tv was too small, and the fan in the bathroom automatically came on with the light, making an annoying sound every time someone used the bathroom. The mirror is not makeup friendly.

Liked: Room was claen and roomy. Bathroom was clean and had a good array of towls and Rags.Beds were well spread and had multiple pillows.......

Liked: When my wife and got there the Front desk staff waa very rude she was on her earpiece talking to another person about me not liking her attitude, she made us feel unwelcomed and who wears slippers to a professional work place. I dont remember her name but she eas very rude with all this make up and long nails un professional lady.
Disliked: The one front desk staff bad Attitude, Because my wife and i used a pay later app and she didnt like it and ahe also didnt want to give us our room. We got there last thursday she worked the evening shift.
