Clean rooms and friendly staff.

Liked: Great staff! Friendly and nice atmosphere.
Disliked: Unit on wall fell off; shower hose broken and no TV converter.

The room was very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly, even the room service. The breakfast was excellent. We will recommend this hotel to all of our friends whenever they go up to the casino. It was also nice to see that there was a shuttle bus to get us back and forth to the casino.

Disliked: They only negative thing was the hot tub was not in service while we were there.

Excellent location for dining, shopping...

Liked: I think location is perfect as it was close to shopping, dining and not to far to travel to the Casino. Breakfast was great. Loved the room size and sleeping was comfortable.Next time we will try the pool and hottub. We were not prepared for that.

The worst hotel I have...

Liked: Front desk person was not friendly at all. When I asked a question he was short with me as if I was out of this world. The fan in our washroom did not work, the toilet seat was very loose (I tightened it myself), the TV was of very poor quality and it looked like a curtain was used for the top layer of our bedding.! Very dated hotel for a best western. I’m sure this hotel does not live up to Best Western specs !!!

Disliked: Extremely expensive for the stay! I know it was a busy weekend in the city but compared to normal prices, it was very high.
