Clean rooms and friendly staff.

Liked: Great staff! Friendly and nice atmosphere.
Disliked: Unit on wall fell off; shower hose broken and no TV converter.

The room was very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly, even the room service. The breakfast was excellent. We will recommend this hotel to all of our friends whenever they go up to the casino. It was also nice to see that there was a shuttle bus to get us back and forth to the casino.

Disliked: They only negative thing was the hot tub was not in service while we were there.

Disliked: Extremely expensive for the stay! I know it was a busy weekend in the city but compared to normal prices, it was very high.

Liked: The hotel is located in a nice and secure area, quiet and close to most attractions and areas of interest. Great place to stay for fun or business.
Disliked: Parking got crowded due to a wedding event and had a hard time finding a free spot.
