Great stay with a few...

Liked: The staff was so helpful and kind. I really enjoyed being able to access the fresh air from the large patio. The mural was fun for my children to see each morning when we came outside. The breakfast was good. The location was great. Gourmet pizza, walk to the beach, etc. I had a few necessary special requests that the staff helped me with. Thanks for making our stay great. :)
Disliked: The stairs were under repair for the duration of our stay on the side closest to us. There were other options and an elevator a bit further. The charger for my laptop would not stay plugged in for most of the electric outlets on the walls. There was only one that I could make work for the charger to stay put, located on the base of one lamp.

Good location for wedding activities...

Liked: The early checkin was helpful. Staff was accommodating.
Disliked: Small bathroom for 4 prs.

Exceptional

Liked: Clean, quiet rooms, helpful and friendly staff, great location close to food, shops, beach.
Disliked: Parking was a little inconvenient but not a big deal.

Amazing Stay!

Liked: Everything was very good. The staff is very kind, the breakfast was REALLY GOOD and the room (even if it was located a little bit far from the exit) was very nice. The hotel is very near to the beach and nice restaurants are near (just walking some meters o crossing the street).Definitely, I will stay here again my next time in Dana Point!

It was ok but expected...

Liked: Staff was great! Breakfast was good! The room was comfortable and the pillows were comfortable and plenty. The bathroom had plenty safety bars making it safe. The reception staff was wonderful and helpful
Disliked: The TV was not good, no good shows or channels. The tub didn't drain properly, and it was high and hard to get out of it. One of the creamer cups from the breakfast was spoiled, moldy. The vending machine twice delivered bad Diet Pepsi. The can looked like it exploded. Nasty.
