Good Bed. That's about all...

Liked: The room was a great size and the bed was comfortable. The location is just off the interstate, so it was convenient to get to. It was a quiet place with no interruptions.
Disliked: We booked a room with a jacuzzi tub. When I got there, I was told it was not working. That was the only reason I booked that room. They gave us $20 off, they could have done much better. The tub that wasn't working and that's the only reason I booked the room. It was $20 or don't stay there. Again, they could have done better. We took the room anyway. I ended up fixing the tub myself. They need a maintenance staff that can attend small issues. I don't see us staying there again for this specific reason.

Liked: Convenient, quiet, comfortable
Disliked: Breakfast was not that good We had some lightbulbs out in the bathroom. It was too dark to use the vanity mirror. The maintenance person was supposed to come check them but never did.

Disliked: Nothing was stocked. We booked for 3 adults & 2 children. There were 2 towels in the room. Toilet paper roll was almost empty. This was my first time at best western. Other places keep items stocked never had to basically beg for basic needs. Staff was friendly & accomadating.
