Absolutely loved staying here. Very nice, professional staff. Very clean, nice hotel! I was extremely impressed when I walked in and we enjoyed our stay. We'll definitely be staying at Best Western Plus hotels more.

Decent but not worth the...

Liked: Lobby was clean. Room was decent. Liked having the bar and grill attached. Like the shampoo, body wash and conditioner on the shower.
Disliked: Room was outdated. Bathroom needed improvement, patches everywhere. Staff was not extremely helpful at all. I called the front desk multiple times from 930pm-11pm attempting to get an additional blanket and never could reach anyone. The bar and grill food was amazing but the server not so much. I had to prompt him to take out order, prompt him to check on us, prompt him to get me the bill.

Needs updated badly

Liked: They have a nice court yard. really nice and well kept but everything else was below expectations
Disliked: The hotel is very very outdated. The rooms were somewhat clean but weren't at the same time. The carpet was dingy and old, the curtains were brown and dirty. I was first put in a pet friendly room and it smelt like a kennel, just full of dog urine. The property knew this and sprayed something to cover up the smell which caused me to have a hard time to breathe. The windows were open to try to air out the room. They did switch me rooms that smelt a little better. there was tears in the mattress and a straw was left in between the mattresses. For breakfast they only had cereal and muffins. For the price of this hotel the rooms could be much improved and better breakfast

Economic comfort and service in...

Liked: Staff was amazing, especially Michelle at check in and the gal with purple hair in the morning. Breakfast was exemplary and the room was perfect with a better than average shower. Getting to the motel was interesting and when leaving you are restricted to traveling east along HWY 34. If you wish to head west you are required to go east and then make a u-turn. Other than that it was amazing.
Disliked: Had everything I needed.

Loved everything but getting in...

Liked: I loved the grassy court yard and dog run in the back
Disliked: Our coffee pot didn’t brew. It just spit out Luke warm water. My husband when to get us coffee up front, and it was also like warm. Getting in and out was problematic due to street set up. Forced U turns and driving a mile east to go back west was not ideal at all.

Extremely bad management and the...

Liked: The breakfast was acceptable. The location was acceptable. The cleanliness and overall response to my complaints, was very unsatisfactory. I don't feel I should have had to go up to the front desk to ask for clean towels, toilet paper and complain about the raw sewage spillage that was in front of my hotel door. When I inquired as 2A swimming pool being available, which was the main reason. I made the reservations with best. Western, I was told that there was an outdoor swimming pool available and there was not a swimming pool available it was closed I would not be reopening. The overall stay there was very disappointing and I will be letting people, family and friends, know it is not a good place to stay. I had to ask the front desk when I needed toilet paper in the room. When I needed towels in the room, I should not have had to do that. And my complaints to the front desk weere not addressed By management
Disliked: I had Raw sewage spillover on the ground in front of my hotel room that was not cleaned up.
