The next time I stay...

Liked: Comfortable bed.
Disliked: There were many tiles around the bottom of the bottom of the shower that were mildewed. How expensive would it be for a large hotel chain to replace? Very unsightly and unclean!!We woke up at 8am and my husband was vomiting and quite ill. I called the front desk and told him about my husband being ill and asked if we could possibly have a checkout time of 1pm? His response, “No. we are booked solid and I cannot give you any extra time.” Upon departing at noon I approached the man at the front desk and expressed my dissatisfaction, saying. “You couldn’t possibly clean all of the rooms at the same time. AND your check-in is not for several hours. Couldn’t you have made an exception for ONE room and ONE sick person. His response, without making eye contact….”take it up with corporate.” I have stayed at many Best Western hotels but NEVER AGAIN at this one!!!! Very disappointed.
