Liked: The beds, the pool, the room.
Disliked: The only thing that i didn't like was that inspite of the fact that i was traveling with kids, there was no extra sheets or blankets in the room. This is a minor complaint.

Disliked: My accommodations were messed up and paid for stuff I did not recieve and had nothing that i booked months prior , fridge didn't work couldn't use any of the accommodation areas, couldn't even eat breakfast, crowd took over lobby and poo < both trashed> l and halls drunk and loud adults and kids running hall way rude and loud tried to speak to manager one was never available for me to speak to . Used this hotel every year but will not be returning

Disliked: The pillows were very uncomfortable

Liked: Jacuzzi tub was nice. Bed was comfy
Disliked: Breakfast was horrible, juice machine was broken yogurt machine empty. They ran out of milk at 6:48am not even open an hour. Only pork option for meat. Outside doors didn't work near room. No do not disturb door hangs. No microwave in rooms.

Liked: Room was dirty and did not have a jacuzzi as promised. There were bugs in the vents. We had an infestation of ants after having left food out for 30 mins. They had no towels for pool or in the room and were told they had to wash some. The attendant advised they would bring us some and never did.
Disliked: The bed was comfortable.
