Disappointing stay.

Liked: Was there for a Sunday night concert. The next morning breakfast was over by 9 am and many of us were caught off guard and did not get any. The location was convenient to get to downtown Syracuse or to the thruway.
Disliked: The AC / heat unit was not working properly and we could not adjust temperature or turn it off. The room was ice cold upon entering on an October day. We ended up unplugging it. The drain in the bathroom sink was slow and backed up into sink when you ran the water.

Disliked: Room wasn’t ready, was told 10-15 minutes by one person and then 45 by another and told there are other rooms but then some how they manger to find an open room

Disliked: Outside lick on side door didn't work. Safety bolt on room 120 door wasissing

Not Worth It

Liked: Decent Continental breakfast. Location was close to I-90. Staff was not rude, only unhelpful.
Disliked: We reserved a bathtub mobility accessible room. When we arrived, the staff said no accessible room was available. We ended up in a 2 queen regular room, and then the TV did not work. Staff could not fix the TV. They moved us to a handicap accessible for the 2nd night, still not the room we rented. We paid $125/night, and it was all very disappointing.

Friendly Staff, Ok-At-Best Everything Else

Liked: The staff were very friendly and great to chat with. Snack corner was a convenient touch.
Disliked: When I stayed, they were completely out of handsoap and conditioner. They gave me tiny shampoo bottles to use instead. Breakfast was... ok, but limited. The hotel was located down a backlot between the highway and a Lockheed Martin facility, which, well, wasn't exactly scenic nor quiet. While the staff was very friendly, they did seem understaffed while I was there, considering the GM was working the front desk. I did not use the pool nor the gym while I was there, though both seemed very small. They had a guest laundry room, though there no detergent and no signs for pricing on the machines. It didn't seem like there was an ice machine on the first floor. Some of the outdoor doors either slammed LOUDLY or didn't shut all the way if left to their own devices. The room was mostly clean, but the sheets had noticeable wear, and the pillows, for some reason, were cubes. The hotel allows pets, which is great, but housekeep may need to do a better job keeping up with this. Trash, towels, etc. were left in the halls from the time I was there until the time I checked out.

Good location, helpful staff. But...

Liked: It was ok. Staff were helpful. Changed our room due to Tabacco smell
Disliked: Pool not very clean and not able to use unless 2 other people present . Breakfast not good for vegetarians.
