Liked: The check in was pretty smooth but still had charges that were not listed on website
Disliked: We booked a king room with a hot tub as the room was shown in the pictures. We get to the property go to our room and there’s no hot tub. We went back up front to see why I paid extra for a room with more amenities. It took us 15 minutes and calling the hotel to get the lady to come out. We were fine with upgrading our room and paying extra, the lady told us that the room in the pictures don’t exist and to contact booking.com so that’s exactly what I did, then they insulted me by giving me $14.65 back. The upgraded room costed more than that. We were supposed to have a microwave didn’t have that wallpaper was peeling off the walls and the tv remote didn’t work. All they had for breakfast was eggs sausage bacon and bagels. Pancake maker didn’t work. Overall a terrible stay and I will never stay at a best western again. You will get robbed blind. They have a sign that said (we want to make it right) well obviously not. False advertisement

Disliked: I never stayed we showed up to check in and they told us the booking was a scam that I didn’t book a jacuzzi king suite they were not accommodating very rude and did not know what they were doing we never got the room we were charged for that I booked had to find another hotel I will be filing complaint with BBB on hotel and booking.com

Disliked: Cobwebs on the stairs, windows and mirrors were dusty, property needed a deep clean. Bathroom mirror was coming loose. Property is showing its age

Disliked: Pool was closed from 12/16-12/24. Had the hotel sent out an email, it would have allowed me to change hotels. The purpose was a nice winter get away and kids looking forward to using the pool and spa
