We did not get the room we had confirmation for. Room was old, TV did not work, air conditioner did not work, phone did not work, bathroom toilet would not flush, shower was broken.

When we arrived at the hotel on July 29, the key card machine was not working. We had to wait for about 20 minutes to get to our room. In the meantime while the clerk was trying to get it to work he was hitting the machine and throwing the key cards all over the floor. Finally when we are able to get to our room the room had not been cleaned. There were dirty towels in the bathroom. The room had an odor. We go back to the front desk to tell them and the same clerk from earlier gets mad and says hes going to call his manager. We have to wait another 20 minutes to get a key card (the machine is still not working). He is hitting, slamming and throwing key cards again. He finally gives us an upgrade to a suite for our troubles. I do not feel that his attitude was professional at all for customer service. I will never stay at a Quality Inn again. In fact our reservations were for 2 nights and we only stayed 1. I hope these issues gets addressed for the next customers.

Disliked: All rooms would benefit from someone inspecting faucets, shower heads, tub plugs, shades and pillows. Rooms that I’ve stayed in, over the last 2 years, all had some type of minor issue. Blinds wouldn’t work properly. Pillows were lumpy. Tub plug was broken. This hotel just needs some updates

Disliked: Smelt bad outside and smelt bad inside. At least the floor we stayed on. Smelt like weed the whole time.

Liked: Staff was amazing! Everyone was so friendly and went above and beyond. The room was great, clean and beds were comfortable. Loved having a fun and pool in the facility. Next door there is a very nice restaurant with a wide variety of things to choose from. Great prices!
Disliked: I can’t think of anything I didn’t like.
