We did not get the room we had confirmation for. Room was old, TV did not work, air conditioner did not work, phone did not work, bathroom toilet would not flush, shower was broken.

When we arrived at the hotel on July 29, the key card machine was not working. We had to wait for about 20 minutes to get to our room. In the meantime while the clerk was trying to get it to work he was hitting the machine and throwing the key cards all over the floor. Finally when we are able to get to our room the room had not been cleaned. There were dirty towels in the bathroom. The room had an odor. We go back to the front desk to tell them and the same clerk from earlier gets mad and says hes going to call his manager. We have to wait another 20 minutes to get a key card (the machine is still not working). He is hitting, slamming and throwing key cards again. He finally gives us an upgrade to a suite for our troubles. I do not feel that his attitude was professional at all for customer service. I will never stay at a Quality Inn again. In fact our reservations were for 2 nights and we only stayed 1. I hope these issues gets addressed for the next customers.

Liked: The staff was good, nice and friendly.
Disliked: The room was old, needs remodeling and painting, the bedding and pillows can be updated too. The room with the whirlpool is listed as a suite but it’s really just a small room with a chair. (Whirlpool is the only reason I booked) The jets were just ok.. Not too bad but I wouldn’t stay again..
