No hot water!

Liked: Location is ok.
Disliked: The staff appeared to be inadequately trained. On our first night, we inquired about the EV charging fee, but the staff had no idea. Additionally, during our two-night stay, there was no hot water available, and we received no prior notice. When I mentioned this upon checkout, the staff member simply said there had been issues with the hot water system caused by someone else, and the problem had not been resolved

Liked: Excellent location. Tucked in off the main street so bit quieter. Walking distance to city park. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Bring a face washer, They aren't supplied

Liked: Could not fault the room or the staff both were excellent and the breakfast was to die for
Disliked: This was our second time staying here we were on the opposite side of the hotel this time and all we could hear all night was the clock going off every fifteen minutes people in the street early hours of the morning and cars hooning around the block. Also I can't understand why you should have to pay for parking when you are staying there.

Liked: The location is awesome being so central to the CBD. Beds were really comfy.
Disliked: There is really minimal facilities to self cater. Only a kettle and small fridge. Not entirely unexpected for the type of accommodation it is, but the restaurant was not family friendly food and you couldn’t cater yourselves. Given the price paid for the room, parking should cost an extra $10 per night.
