Disliked: There were 4 of us . I was with my 3 young adult children and I booked for 1 room with 2 queen beds. The receptionist said the booking didn't come through so they didn't have the queen beds and instead the gave me a king bed with a sofa bed . I told him I don't like sofa beds . But he said it was an upgrade and he didn't have the queen beds anymore . So we were forced to get that room and I had to send my young adult kid to my relative's house because he couldn't sleep on a hard sofa bed because of his scoliosis . The entire room also smelled like smoke specially the bathroom . So again , my son who has asthma can't stay in that room . So it's not true that the facility is smoke free . They gave us 3 ml size of shampoo so I ended up buying shampoo from the nearest Target . The receptionist was also racist . When we were registering the older white male who came before us was given 2 free bottled water and when it came to us I asked for some bottled water and he said we can buy it from them . So I said nevermind . I thought racist no longer exist in a culturally diverse city . The breakfast was embarrassing . They only had scrambled eggs , some fried potatoes , oat meal , cereal, bread , waffles , bananas , apples , yogurt , orange juice and coffee . There were no meat at least bacon or ham . There was no one to check if they have the ticket for the breakfast everyone was allowed to eat so there was no use if you paid breakfast or not . If I only knew I wouldn't have paid for that kind of breakfast . We only ate once on our first day of stay and we didn't eat the following days . So if I only knew the kind of facility this was I wouldn't have ever booked there . I will never book on a Best Western facility again may it be located in other countries . This facility gave me a very bad impression .
