Liked: The hotel was amazing. It was so clean, quiet, comfortable. In all my years of staying at hotels this by far was the best one I've ever stayed in and will he our hotel of choice when visiting vegas. Staff was incredibly friendly. Highly recommend

Liked: The hotel is nice and cosy, the rooms are big. The location is far aways from the Strip. The parking is free of charge which is nice. The personel is kind. There is an outside swimming pool. There is an ice machine.
Disliked: 1. Please add some fresh, unprocessed vegetables for breakfast (like tomatoes, cucumber, pepper, etc). Just buy vegetables, wash them and cut, I believe people would love that. We got tired of eating high-calorie, fatty and sweet food.2. The breakfast is not so good, please work on your recipes. 3. The coffee from the coffee machine is terrible, please clean it or change it. We couldn't drink it. And we are not exaggerating. 4. The breakfast is poor, just eggs (overdone), potatoes, oatmeal, waffles. 5. We booked 2 rooms: one room with 2 queen beds for 3 people and one room with kind bed for 2 people. We didn't get the King bed room we payed for (the reason: overbooking). Our guest did not get towels (both rooms expected 2 people and they were not prepared to accommodate 3rd guest).6. Surprisingly we did not get enough complimentary shampoo, lotion, conditioner. And we got no shower gel, just one bar of soap. 7. The AC is extremely loud. It is located on the floor and it doesn't cool the room evenly.8. Breakfast closes at 9am, it is way too early.
